Clients will experience a suite of features including a mood checker, daily tips, self-assessments, calculators, and a breathing coach, to assist in managing their health effortlessly. For real-time insights and a unified view of their well-being, clients can also link their health data from their Apple, Google, or Garmin wearable devices. Easy-to-read health guides, diet plans and tailored reminders to never forget another wellness check are also at their disposal.
